ERMS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate purchases of products and services made remotely by the purchaser via the internet on the website www.leonzisport.it belonging to Leonzi Sport S.a.s. The contract stipulated between Leonzi Sport and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Leonzi Sport. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to be of age and to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment indicated below.
The Customer can purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of leonzisport.it at the time the order is forwarded and can be viewed online at www.leonzisport.it, as described in the relevant information sheets.
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Leonzi Sport via an e-mail reply, automatically sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain date and time of execution of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with Leonzi Sport. The message re-proposes the items ordered and all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to communicate any corrections promptly.
All prices on the leonzisport.it website are to be intended as retail prices and, therefore, inclusive of VAT (22%). Leonzi Sport reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.
GUARANTEES
All products purchased are covered by the manufacturer's official guarantee. By law, unless otherwise indicated by the manufacturer (which lengthens the coverage), the warranty period is 24 months.
To enforce the guarantee, it is necessary to keep the accompanying invoice or the sales document that are delivered together with the package, and contact our customer assistance service by calling 085/8798734 or by sending an email to info@leonzisport.it
Alternatively you can go directly to the nearest service center of the article manufacturer; you will get free replacement or repair.
The guarantee is recognized as long as the product itself is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee (where no other information is indicated) is reserved for the private customer, who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity. In the event of a lack of conformity, Leonzi Sport will, without charge to the Customer, restore product conformity by repair / replacement. If, following an intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as the transport costs if incurred by Leonzi Sport.
SHIPMENT
Delivery is FREE throughout the national territory for orders over 49.00 euros.
The shipment of the goods, from our headquarters, is generally carried out the next working day in which the order is received or the same day. Sometimes the retrieval of some items may lead to an additional shipping delay of 1/2 days. Once the goods have been shipped, delivery is made in 24/48 hours throughout Italy by express courier. Upon departure, the customer will be notified of the shipment, with an e-mail containing the tracking number of the courier in charge.
Leonzi Sport ships all over the world. For most European countries we offer fixed rates and pre-established delivery times.
RESO
The Leonzi Sport allows to carry out the contextual change or the return of the purchased goods with transport at the buyer's expense.
Exchange and return conditions:
- The goods must not be broken / deteriorated and in any case must not show signs of wear caused by use.
- In the case of material with suitable packaging (envelope / box etc.), this packaging must be used to re-insert the goods.
- items must be returned with identification tags.
- In the case of food products (bottles, cans, bags, etc.) they must not have been opened.
- No more than 5 days must have passed from the date of receipt of the goods.
If the goods correspond to the above mentioned regulations, to make the change it is necessary to contact our Customer Service at info@leonzisport.it communicating the references of your order and the items to be changed.
